Haldon Estate has developed a repertoire over the past decade of hosting professional conferences and exclusive functions. Haldon Estate proudly offers various venues and facilities to suit any conference, function or event.

The large conference room namely ‘The Org du Plessis Saal/Hall’ and the small conference room, ‘The Kobie Strachan Room’ accommodate from 15 and up to 150 delegates, are available for conferencing, team building and corporate functions!

The bush lapa and swimming pool can be hired for informal events such as birthday celebrations and family reunions.

A full day conference commences at 08h00 and finishes at 17h00. The half-day conference will end with a buffet style lunch at 13h00.

The per head conference rate is inclusive of a morning and afternoon tea, coffee and juices served with biscuits or snacks and a buffet-style lunch.

  • Please note that bookings should include a full brief on all audio and visual equipment requirements.
  • The gardens and pool area can be hired as a photographic venue for professional shoots such as weddings, birthdays, christenings and model portfolio shoots.
